3 Effective Sea Salt Scrub Recipes

Sea salt is being used in beauty therapies since ages. It clears your complexion, reduces acne, tightens skin and reduces wrinkles. And, it is most popularly used to exfoliate the dead skin cells. We tell you three sea salt scrub recipes to try at home to have clear, fresh and younger looking skin.

Apple cider vinegar and sea salt scrub :
For this exotic scrub recipe you need two tablespoons of sea salt scrub apple cider vinegar to drizzle and two teaspoon of fresh mint. Chop mint and mix in the sea salt and now add apple cider vinegar to make it wet like a scrub paste. Use it fresh or store in refrigerator for up to three days. But make sure salt should not be too coarse instead use a little fine texture.

Sandalwood oil and sea salt scrub :
This is one of the easiest sea salt scrub recipe you just need to mix sufficient amount of sandalwood oil in half cup of sea salt. Mix it and should have thick grainy consistency like paste. Gently rub on your skin in circular motion to take off the dead skin and wash with warm water. Don’t apply on face as sea salt is too rough for your skin.

Lavender and sea salt scrub :
Mix three tablespoons of lavender oil, two tablespoons of sweet almond oil, crushed lavender petals in one cup of sea salt. You can increase or decrease the quantity of oil as per the cup size of seas salt. Mix well and use to exfoliate dead cells from body. You can also store the remaining mixture in the clean glass jar. This recipe helps to treat ingrown hair as well.
